How We Work

First step is we meet with you at your convenience and discuss what work your wanting completed. Answer any questions you may have, if your looking for suggestions let us help with that. We then work up a price for you, Its NOT A guess price, its a accurate price.

In the pre-construction phase, we work with you to develop an operational agreement to provide a clear understanding of all the activities involved in the project.  I have trusted subs for my concrete.


We talk about the payment plan, go over contract with you, supply our proof of insurance and we both sign contract. We are then on our way to making your project dream come true


 No hidden costs at the end of job.


I will then give a starting date range, as with weather and outside work I cant give an exact date at that time. I do keep in contact with customers as the days/weeks go by to give you updates..



During construction, If we have a subcontractor on job we deal with all the subcontractors for you: We track all the insurance and payments,  we monitor the schedule to keep all project activities on target. This provides for centralized accountability, yet includes open communication between all parties. Weekly construction coordination meetings with subcontractors allow for resolution of issues as they arise.


Our company carries on cost management efforts during the entire project, and as construction approaches project closeout, we review all inspection reports and verify that the subcontractors have completed their duties before sign-off. We then compile all the closing documentation to supply you with all the necessary warranties, manuals, and as-built plans.
